Your purchases are refundable up until the established “cut-off” date. This will typically be after the first personal training session.
Do I need a gym or studio membership?
It depends on what kind of personal training you are looking for. Many movements and exercises can be done without fancy equipment found at a gym or studio, but having access to either would certainly help.
